  1. 2:20 - “Florida was the 36th lowest cost of living in the United States.” In other words, Florida has the 15th highest cost of living!

  2.  @V1DEOGAMES  - Thank you for your cryptic comment! I presume you think I made a math error in my initial comment; I did not. If a state has the highest cost of living out of the 50 states, then that same state has the 50th lowest cost of living. The state with the 2nd highest cost is therefore the state with the 49th lowest cost, etc. And the state that is 13 places from that would have the 15th highest and therefore the 36th lowest cost. (And we know that state to be Florida.)
