  1. I have seen 10” snowstorms in Connecticut as early as Halloween, but usually the first accumulating snow is late November or early December. In northern New England, it would be a few weeks earlier.

  5. I liked this video, although Briggs seems to think Oklahoma should be New England’s honorary seventh state. 😆 What part of the country should he do next? I’m torn between the Great Lakes states (OH, IN, MI, IL, WI) and the Pacific Northwest (OR, WA, ID). I’ll vote Great Lakes.
