  1. My choices would be cost of living, followed by crime, and followed by jobs, as I am near retirement. I would also assess the climate, which I’d rank on a par with crime.

  2. The place I’d look at is Crestview Hills, as it’s near Cincinnati and not far from where I used to live. Winters would be cold but variable; summer would be humid. 🥵
