  1. Of the ten most populous states, all ten were in this video, and almost in the expected order. I suspect the 11th state in order of welfare recipients would be New Jersey, the 11th most populous state.

  2. West Virginia is a relatively unpopulated state. Even if literally everyone there were on food stamps, I doubt they’d make this list.

  3. I have oil delivery as well (I live in Connecticut.) Probably the most common means of heating homes in this state.
