  3. I think your logic is a bit screwy. I see no reason why San Francisco cannot have 0 subfreezing days, two 90°+ days, and 260 clear days. That means there are 363 days that stayed between 32° and 90° all day, and there were 105 partly cloudy or cloudy days.

  4.  @jackinthebox995  - Mobile does get a lot of rain and would be on a list of 10 rainiest US cities. Hilo and Ketchikan get about twice as much rain as Mobile.
