Pre war standards, and, hey don't diss , some of the housing estates, as opposed to mass flat builds, were worthy, still stand as somewhere to live. It's the schlulky flats that schtink, and are foul and don't deserve the title of housing. Its all over, one end of the country to the other. Platform, a recent emergent owner of ex council stock, is a Midlands culprit.
