  7. Yeh, right, ok, think the public has the message bout PROXIMITY, they don't have death wishes and get the game. Truth is Govt will keep self isolated in self lock up, there's no other way unless they call round and test everyone, house by house, let out or taken away one by one. Last time a Govt tried this on was WW2 when they sternly wagged the official finger "keep AWAY AND OUT of the underground system and hide under the kitchen table".
