  1. So... Locking folks up hasn't worked, and remember there's folk in jail for cannabis that's now legal. Apparently hands off users hasn't worked either. Maybe controlling legalisation may have a role. Throwing families outta their homes further splinters, leaving even more on the streets. Ridiculous drug enforcement policies have failed, as predicted. The loss of respect of folks for the Police has only been reinforced by overbearing policing policies - it didn't need to be this way. Hollywood portrayal of situational lawlessness pass off into becoming popular myth of semi-reality. Its as if the burgeoning American dream has been allowed to devour itself.

  2. Once ' tasted' you can never remove the seed of need for one's chosen substance. So why not try controlled legalisation, where quality is the standard, where folks don't need to take the risk of street purchase of who knows what, where they can continue but at no more of a level than via a Dr's script, where they can live a normal, where possible, an employable, life ?
