  2.  @Zarken26  Tisnt every year but all do have to reapply as if from the off every so many years - false legs, whatever, no matter what. Many Mobility cars have bren seized as reapplications fail , then to be reinstated upon appeal many months later..

  3.  @penduloustesticularis1202  does that include folk who were able bodied, working and tax paying, but then run over by a pissed ex tory town Mayor out on by election duties, with freinds in the local Masons, and the local Chief Inspector? Able bodied then not, having lost a leg ¿?
