We saw enough of the ridiculous rendition from streets nowhere near conflict zones during Bush's day, and the torture and false imprisonment that went with that. Barr must really dislike other people, from home & abroad to be, still, so predisposed. For him to serve a World Leader one would have to be voted in by the a world that doesn't exist. Thus a man of foul ambition.
