@bokhans Point, but I understood those nukes were 'left behind', as it were by Russia after Ukraine sought independence. They were not operable by Ukr, being subservient to command systems based in Moscow. Can't quite understand why Russia was so concerned about the things, going by how reckless that country has been with wllly nilly dumping old nuke tech any old where which was convenient (nuked up live ships sailed into and just dumped into inland lakes for eg).
