Mayor Jelly spooned dick who, out, pissed, on by election duties in 86, ran down a motorcycling welder, on his travel to work, took his leg off then got the local plod to try to nick the biker for HIS non indicating off a main road, out of the blue ! Plod tried blackmailing the biker out of his Injury damages to boot.
