Few hours ago they also said there are women and children inside and they need a safe exit. So they are not letting them to leave either. This used to be called "holding people hostage".
22
Russian military offered a cease fire today for exactly that. For the 4th time. But "defenders" didn't let civilians leave. In any other place this will be called as "terrorists holding people hostage", but here France24 still calls them "defenders"...
17
Yes, everyone should remember how these so-called defenders used civilians as human shield.
15
@shamrock4500 Just few hours ago they've posted a video saying there are women and children inside who want to leave but need a safe passage. Since they outright refused, looks like they are holding these people hostage.
7
Or just tell them to let civilians ago instead of holding them as hostages.
7
Few hours ago same people also said there are women and children inside and they need a safe exit. Looks like they are not letting them to leave into safety. This used to be called "holding people hostage".
7
They've been offered to surrender and stay alive many times.
6
They've ben flying cargo planes loaded with weapons non-stop weeks before it all started. Which is most likely triggered the whole mess.
5
Few hours ago same people also said there are women and children inside and they need a safe exit. So they are not letting them to leave either. This used to be called "holding people hostage".
5
They are bravely keeping civilians hostage. Is that what inspires you?
4
White helmets are probably on their way as we speak! / Sarcasm off
4
Reminds me of the story of "mostly-moderate-rebels" in Syria, who were know to cut civilians' heads left and right.
4
Why would world needs to step in for terrorists holding civilian people hostage?
4
They've been offered a humanitarian corridor for a safe exit again today, but these azov "defenders" did not let the "hostages" leave. Truly appalling why France24 still calling them "defenders".
4
Pickin Dim Already did. White helmets are notorious for their love of water hoses, camera lens and affection with false flags.
3
They should ask Germany. I heard they can procure lots of gas.
3
@Rufio_Cristiforus_Tucarus I though I heard that Z-guy is Nulland's right hand (or whoever holds hum by the *alls)
3
You these same "defenders" that just cried out loud about "letting the women and children safe passage"? So once again they refused to let their "living shield" go... Not too long ago, this used to be called "holding people hostage" and people like these were certainly not called "defenders". Who are protecting France 24?
3
@Danieldoomer Nope, he ran away early on so he "stay in touch". Remotely.
3
Bla, bla, bla... Was this "president" even elected?
3
@ALEKSfulcrum How many "collaborators" did Boatsman boys "cleansed" in Bucha? Is been almost three weeks, is there a number of already?
2
@ssb1056 Just few hours ago azov guys posted a video saying that there are women and children are inside and demanded for a safe passage. They got it and then rejected. Why?
2
Don't worry, there are already there. It's just called "instructors and volunteers".
2
Few hours ago these Azov people said there are women and children inside and they need a safe exit. Looks like they are not letting civilians leave safety. This used to be called "holding people hostage" and people who were doing that were certainly not called "heroes".
2
The problem is that they are holding women and children hostage who want to leave, but they are not letting them. This used to be called "holding people hostage".
2
You mean using civilians hostages as "human shield"? Is that what patriotism & determination mean for you?
2
What a coincidence that this "deadly strike" happened right before the NATO summit, where Z will be begging for weapons.
2
@ashok.vardhan.g Exactly! Which is why UK dialed back all the progress of negotiations and threatened to stop sending weapons. Looks like they need to keep it going badly. For whatever reasons.
2
You mean the theater blown from inside, once people were brought into basement and not allowed to leave for safety reasons?
2
So, "editorial line" is something that should be followed by any "western media organization" regardless of what's actually happening. Got it. Thanks!
1
... and civilians from that town next to Kyiv, "cleansed" by "Safari team" for their "collaboration with occupants" (by accepting dry-rations from the army instead of starving, like any true hero should have done).
1
Probably ghost of Kyiv did it. With the help of 80 dead defenders of the snake island.
1
@bluecanary9417 You mean that world should stop buying oil from Saudis? Remember Khashoggi?
1
@cap6tee9 And of course civilians staying with armed terrorists under bombardments and constant fire will certainly leave forever.
1
Right. It's about time to punish someone for atrocities in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan with something other than a Nobel peace prize.
1
And you, my friend, of course was there in 1940 and know exactly what happened, right?
1
@santeriberg8129 If people are asking to leave and their "defenders" are not letting them go, it's no longer called "voluntarily". Cease fire and safe passages were provided at least 4 times already, with most recent time - right after this video-announcement, which they again rejected..
1
Unlike Ukrainian heroes, bravely torturing and executing POWs on camera, I believe he does. At least I've yet to see any evidence that proves otherwise.
1
Why they are no letting them go then? They've be an offered an exit today again. For the 4th time.
1
They fought for some guys making tons of money in new weapon sales. 2.5 bil for US alone in just one month.
1
So far he only stated that he's willing to fight till the last Ukrainian. Also he made it illegal not fight for him (with prison punishment).
1
They need them dead, so they can make up heroic stories how they fought till the last breath. They already tried that with the snake island garrison, but it fall apart once it turn out that they surrendered and everyone was alive.
1
@amrahfusion Like you said, why would anyone want to fight back for an empty destroyed city? Does it makes sense?
1
It's a disgrace when "defenders" flock civilians into basement and then blow the place up, so they can blow emotional bomb in the media to get more sanctions, weapons and arms.
1
@HEMI345S Looks like the massacre did happen and people died. Just not the way msm present it.
1
msm just can't back down and admit they were wrong. Didn't happen with cough, won't happen here either. Light up that gas!
1
@MaciejBogdanStepien If they are executing civilians why bother with evacuating them in tens of thousands every day? Or not air-bombing the whole place to pieces and instead fighting house by house, taking losses?
1
Looks bad, that's true, but still much better than Raqqah.
1
Why would they? There are profiting greatly from it (2.5 bil in just one month for US only) and somebody else is talking all the loses.
1
@oldowl3573 Probably will send them back home, like those guys from the Snake island (to dismay of their "leader" which already gave them postmortem medals).
