  1. The problem is the land councils .they are supposed to be in charge of handing out the money but are not doing that , spending it on themselves and that's where the 35 billion dollars a year is going not to community projects where it's needed

  6. Unfortunately the problem is when they do that they all come down to South Australia so now we have restrictions down here as well. I have to show my licence and I'm on the southern coast of Australia

  7.  @actualfacts1055  it's basically like the old days when South Australia and northern territory were the same state. Everybody has to show photo ID and we're limited to how much we can buy each day and what we do buy is put on a computer system. The problem was when they first put the bans in they all came down to Port Augusta so they had to bring in the same rules there for everybody then a cab company started offering to drive them down to Whyalla so we got the restrictions as well . The big problem is now you have people begging outside bottle shops trying to get people to buy alcohol for them
