The main reason is because governments on both sides won't stop the greedy ethnic landlords from charging ridiculous amounts of money for the hovells that they claim to be rentable accommodation . The tribunal always sides with them and this needs investigated, just because someone come from overseas it doesn't mean they have a special rights

They were buying houses and putting as many people as they could in, sometimes up to 10 people in the house way over the legal limit, charging them all 150 using furniture that they had picked up off the side of the road having rooms big enough for a bed and a table and then they go and buy another property and do the same. This was 20 years ago apparently they've stopped it now in Adelaide not sure about everywhere else .

The staff were quite upset they said there's nothing we can do that's what we've been told , they get the first options
