  1. South Australia has the highest ice usage in the country because the police makes so much money out of the on the spot fines . They refused to close down the dealers they only pick off the customers to make large amounts of money this is why we have so many crazy people in the community so it's karma if they end up being victims like the rest of the community normally is due to this insidious drug . A friend of mine lived across the road from an ice dealer and we would watch the police circling the block they wouldn't go in and arrest the guy but everyone that bought stuff off the dealer would be fined it's just bloody ridiculous

  3.  @blake9358  no well that's not what I heard we have the highest ice usage and the highest marijuana usage . whether that's percentage for the population I'm not sure but the town I live in has 20,000 people that there's 10000 on ice . The cops learnt how to make money out of on the spot fines back in the 90s they raised 5 billion to pay off a state debt just with marijuana fines
