Yes I get rather tired of modern humans saying where is so sophisticated and everyone else was dumb. The pyramids the great Wall of China so many other amazing things were built with sticks and stones

Not sure about native people outside Australia but here they spent all bloody day finding food, the cave paintings were religious which they came and fixed up every year

If you want to go back in time come to Australia you can see people that have not changed for a hundred thousand years

I would suggest the people were too busy surviving to spend a lot of time having fun unlike people today to think it's a prerequisite

Of course like most historians you've got no idea about Australia and the fact that we had cave paintings that were a lot more important and showed people from 40,000 years ago not 4000 . What went on downunder is simply too confusing for the scientist so they just ignore us
