  3.  @SteelValyrian  Medieval times are shit compared to Modern times, even if you take out the Mongols and Turks Humanity did not reach 1 Billion people until the 1800s Had Humanity gotten Modern tech back in the year 1000 life would be much better Less incentive to go to war or migrate which leads to the former Religion losses a lot of its power immediately. Slavery disappears due to it being impractical. Women's rights drammatically increase Asshole knights/samurai replaced with intelligent soldiers Vaccinations and Gene theraphy
