A Time-traveling Cyborg from 2070 CE goes back in time to 3300 BCE Ancient Sumeria He goes to a middle-size Sumerian City and starts introducing new things, especially military weapons. He becomes a Royal Advisor and the city prospers Slavery starts declining in that city. Iron and later Steel tools produced in larger orders When a large city wants to raid the city he lives in he sneaks in there, beats up the enemy king's guards and humiliates the king in front of his own people. The Time-traveler becomes King of that City. Technology and Societal Progress accelerates even more He declares himself an Atheist and gives legal recognition and protection to the first wave of Atheists. He has women hired and trained as Special Forces/Spies/Assassins/Scouts/Elite Soldiers He convenes a meeting between all the City Kings (one or two Kings are actually female) to promote permanent peace and more trade. The Kings decide to make him Emperor in exchange for making them richer and give them longer, healthier lives Temples had to pay taxes and be regularly inspected. Child molestation goes down. Child birth is much less fatal The Sumerian Empire expands through diplomacy, colonization and rarely conquest until it controls the world. A Modern government is formed so the common people have some voice in government With a big Atheist minority the Atheist Time-traveling Emperor forces the rest of humanity to be Atheists. Tax breaks, free life-saving surgeries plus eternal life for all that truly become Atheists Eventually the Atheists Gene-Enhanced Sumerian Cyborgs colonize the Moon The Time-traveling Emperor goes to another Earth/Timeline for another adventure!
