  1. I don't think Ancient Racism, if you can call it that, is the same as 'Modern' Racism History wouldn't change if Julius Caesar was Black or Asian. Can't say the same for Ben Franklin or George Washington Thracians, Macedoanians and eventually the Ancient Greeks mingled with Eastern Nomads, aka Asians. Ancient Sparta did alow immigration and treated their slaves somewhat better. Also, they don't give a shit if the Merchant or Blacksmith is Black Blacksmiths technically are 2nd-class citizens in Spartan society BUT they have 95% the rights of Spartans (for obvious reasons) Nothing is Black and White The Ancient Spartans did experience change throughout their history They wish they had Modern Technology and Knowledge. Even if it means changing their culture and government Had the Industrial Revolution happened in the 1600s Amerikan Revolution would not happen
