Granted the only way they would speak Russian is if the Time-traveler knows that language No Christianity, No Islam and a much weaker Judaism. Atheism becomes dominant in Europe

By 419 he has reclaimed most Roman territory and taken stuff outside the Empire such as Ireland, parts of Scotland and part of Denmark Rifles and Artillery, Vaccines and blood transfusions. The Republic is industrializing very fast and is a Secular government Thrice the Christians rebel, thrice they were killed with swords, crossbows, muskets, rifles and artillery Being from the far future Sanders is Atheist so is the vast majority of humanity The Huns, White Huns/Hepthalites and other tribes will be subjugated
