  1. Wow! This is interesting. Question: Did you never consider the fact that there is no evidence, archeological or otherwise, to back the story of Hebrew people in the Americas at that time? I'm not being critical. But I'm Christian and I struggle with the Resurrection and the evidence of Christ's time on earth--I want to know that what I'm believing is true, or a least has some evidence backing it. It is hard for me understand why someone wouldn't want to know.

  2.  @-tikla  I agree that you need to have faith. I would add to that "Always be ready to give an explanation to anyone who asks you for a reason for your hope..." Based on the words and accounts we have of the life of Jesus, I am able to make that leap of faith and believe in the miracle of the resurrection. I believe we have good evidence, written as well as archeological. Some people hear and see this evidence and are not able to take that leap of faith. The way I see it, the Mormons have little evidence for their beliefs. They have the word of one man but nothing else.
