Read Brett Kavanaugh‘s opinion in the case where the January 6 committee sought evidence from Trump. I don’t like this ruling, but I have a feeling as long as Clarence Thomas and the other judicial activists sit on the bench, this ruling will stand.

  45. How can ANYONE think the statute requires all the elements to be present? It clearly says "OR". It's frightening that two judges don't understand that "OR" is a conjunction. Conjunctions LINK TWO or more separate things. Example: "I am going to eat 2 bananas, or two apples." We all understand that I am eating either bananas or apples. NOT BOTH.
