  1. Definitely. Tennessee has the 5th worst violent crime rate in the nation, right behind Louisiana and Arkansas. If these three states could straighten up and act right, it would reduce the national violent crime rate by 21%.

  2. Something is off in this story. "Estimated 2,300 missing children every day in America..." . 2,300 x 365 days = 788,400 missing children per year.

  3. You may be right. Still, our birth rate is 3.6 million annually. If we lose 1 in every 5 kids annually (that's the math), then our population would be shrinking. Our death rate was 3.2 million.

Politicians spent nearly a DECADE trying to eliminate mental health care (actually the entire Affordable Health Care Act itself), and you think they will fund mental health services? That's funny. They succeeded in gutting the ACA, and the "replacement" plan they promised is here: Nothing. If you like where we are, thank a Republican.

Florida was in the top 15 until their Governor changed crime reporting standards to under-report their violence. He changed it in 2021, and one year later they are 38th in the nation? Sure bud. Cool story.
