If defendant trump is convicted of any of the 34 charges that relate to her NDA and the $130,000 payment, then the NDA is officially void. It is not lawful to have an NDA which is in furtherance of a crime. Once trump is convicted, that NDA was in furtherance of criminal activity and therefore was NEVER valid. Sweet dreams.

  15.  @JGD714  I just read the court ruling granting trump most of what he asked for ($5k was denied because they didn't submit 'receipts'). The ruling was based upon the Texas Citizens Participation Act. The judge referenced section 27.009(a)(1). Neither that section nor any part of TCPA makes provisions for such an award to be deemed punitive, malicious, or otherwise address its eligibility to be discharged through bankruptcy. The judge's ruling awarding these attorney fees does not allege they are punitive. I stand by my original opinion.

  45. Here is something you need to know: If defendant trump is found guilty of any of the 34 charges which pertain to Stormy's NDA or $130k payment, the NDA was never valid at any time. NDA that are in furtherance of a crime are NEVER, EVER valid. If trump is convicted, that NDA never ever existed. If conservatives were not so dumb, they would be able to see this. Conservatives would not get beaten so often that they think Dems are cheating.
