  14. Literally correct. The Federal Government alone has jurisdiction over immigration, and immigrants. When the Feds do it, it is legal. When a state employee (e.g. a Governor) does it, it is human trafficking. I can tell you don't like that, but these are facts.

  17. DeSantis broke Federal law, and human trafficking carries a 5 year prison sentence. Just because he is not in cuffs today, don't assume he will be available to run in 2024.
