He has already said (and will continue to say) he is appealing, but he will never actually turn over the cash in order to actually appeal. He will assume room temperature in the not too distant future, BEFORE actually appealing.

That’s the appeal he HAS filed, and again it was pre-verdict. He lost that appeal. He has NOT posted the $5mill (now $83mill) required for any further appeals. You are listening to some people who are either misinformed, or intentionally lying to you. You’ve got to get educated.

It is unlikely he has that liquidity. 2. There are very strong indicators that tRump's mental and physical health are in free-fall. trumpy will not be among the living in the near future.
