This withdrawal was Trump's plan, to a T. Trump's own Secretary of Defense said on Fox a month ago that Biden has done exactly what Trump planned to do, but didn't. Fox said "bull", and the SoD said "I was there, I reviewed the plans with Trump. You weren't there."
