The word impeachment is the same as charges. The difference is “charges” is used in criminal court, “impeachment” is used in the House of Representatives. TRIALS to remove public servants happen in the Senate ONLY after the House formally charges the public servant. The proper way to deal with what looks like criminal behavior is to bring charges, and let WE THE PEOPLE sit on the jury and pass judgment. You may not like the US Constitution, but if you are going to stay in our country, you better follow the law. Why is that so hard for you to understand?
