Creve, search warrants are written and subsequently granted with broad latitude to search the premises and look both at every location specified in the warrant, but also locations within the premise which could reasonably contain what they were seizing. A drawer of underwear could definitely contain documents. The preceding is fact, the following is opinion: NO ONE wants to sniff her underwear. We all know where she has been.
