We want FREEDOM. We don't want the government deciding for us that we will carry a fetus to term. Look at it this way: it may be sad, but it will lead to conservatives taking their heads out of their rears and paying attention to how their neighbors are affected by radical right violence and government control.

I said over and over on Fox's channel: Conservatives had no idea how badly the Republican party stomped on the necks of the majority of Americans. They were OUT OF TOUCH with REALITY.

Did Trump not confront them? Trump et al. filed more than 60 lawsuits in 2020. In half a dozen states, he and the Repubs lost 60 times. If you are saying Trump and his lawyers didn't try, you are out of touch.

Rather than being speechless, why not try to figure out if attacking the US Capitol was a bigger issue to the majority of Americans than it was for you? Attempted assassination of the Speaker and Vice President? Stripping medical rights from 1/2 the nation? Election lies? Stolen Top Secret documents?

And in particular, conservatives are getting what they deserve. You can't ignore the impact of banning abortion. Women are real people, real Americans with the right to abort their rapist's seed. You have been SO out of touch, it SHOULD bother you.

@keepingitreal6793 Your points are not invalid, you just missed the larger picture. We can walk and chew gum at the same time. And between inflation (by the way we know Trump caused with the economy shutting down during Covid) and the stripping of individual liberties, you can see that most Americans won’t trade freedom for low prices.

@rw4576 absolutely. See, when Trump completely botched the pandemic response, our economy came to a standstill. You couldn’t even buy toilet paper at the grocery store. Meanwhile, Trump did more than $7 trillion of deficit spending in just four years. What do you think happens when you pump money into an economy where the means of production have stopped? It’s called inflation!

Someone is anti-freedom. Real patriots want to protect individual freedoms and keep the GOVERNMENT from forcing things on the citizens whenever possible.

@MegaAvalonn I made my choice vis-a-vis the vaccine. You have dodged the point I made. You are free to ignore it, but a mid term election with a presidential approval rating in the 40's should have been a land slide victory for the Repubs. Please do stick your head in the sand and avoid figuring out where you went wrong.

What is really sad is how out of touch you are with other people. You assume everyone else should value what you value. You forget that you don't get to control other people. FREEDOM is a concept that the Republican party has abandoned during this and the 2020 election cycle. It was a mistake.

On balance, the election denying, the insurrection, and the elimination of freedoms by the radical right KNEECAPPED the Republicans in a time when Sleey Joe is deeply unpopular. Learn your lesson.
