  30. Close. Trump thought he could make Mexico pay for the wall, but later learned Mexico is not a subsidiary of the US. So Trump went to Congress with hat in hand. They gave him $1.3 billion, but he wanted more. He stole money from other projects Congress had funded, and Trump's own Supreme Court smacked him down. So Trump started the wall, but he facked up so much his own Supreme Court stopped him.
