  24. An impeachment IS an indictment. The trial would then happen in the Senate. And it's the only way to charge a sitting President. So NOTHING (repeat: N O T H I N G) happens to Joe unless and until the Republicans exercise their control of the US House, and hold an impeachment VOTE.
