  4. Jessica, you need to read Title 5: "(1) whose appointment is made by and with the advice and consent of the Senate;" Title 5 is referenced as an exception within 28 CFR § 600.3 (b). And Weiss WAS appointed by Trump, AND the Senate confirmed him on February 12th 2018.

  8.  @jeannovacco5136 I have had similar experiences with YT. Most of the time it happens on FOX entertainment channels. My comments don't disappear on the progressive sites I comment on. For sure, FOX sometimes hides comments on their stories if the information contradicts the story they are trying to sell.
