  2. Dr. Balls, I saw the Fox interview where they said Trump didn't get his copy of the warrant so I know why you think that. I also saw another network interview Trump's attorney. She said she was there, and did receive the documents. I wish to God that Fox would stop sending their viewers out to embarrass themselves at the hands of liberals like me. It's like they punk their own audience. Cheers!

  8.  @romancewiththepast7979  Part correct, part incorrect. Trump’s lawyer did get the warrant. what you call surface information is actually the warrant. What is not part of the surface material is the affidavit. The affidavit is the document or documents that the FBI presented to the court to prove probable cause. that is the document that will not be released. The reason the affidavit usually stays sealed is to protect citizens. Including Donald Trump. The affidavit lists the reasons they think they are justified to search the premises, and the evidence that supports them. that is rarely ever unsealed until a suspect is indicted. The reason it is rarely revealed is because the person subject to the search has not yet been charged with a crime. Our justice department does not want to release negative things about any citizen until they believe they have gathered proof that confirms it. That’s why the affidavit will not be released unless and until charges are filed. most of this is not your fault for being wrong. I too watch Fox News and the like. I know that they have not explained this to their audience. Part of this is your fault for not knowing. You need to get information from other sources. You already know that the liberal media spins and lies. You should also know that the right leaning media does too. If you want the truth, you can’t hear just one side.

  10. Why is Fox not up in arms? Trump's actions touch the Espionage Act. I remember a time when it would matter to Fox. I remember a time they would be making programming about how the implications - IF TRUE, could cause serious harm to the US. They have dedicated zero time to talking about what those recovered documents could be. They only talk about other things. Is this fair? Is the warrant signed? Who signed it? Can we trust the FBI? But they don't talk at all about how foreign agents could have accessed what Trump took. They do mention that possibility with Clinton, so obviously they are aware of the possibility. Why are they not talking about the Secret and Top Secret documents at the heart of this event?
