  29. On a serious note John, no NDA is valid if the entering into it is in furtherance of a crime. For example, two bank robbers can't enter into a valid and binding NDA not to testify against each other. Edit : the bank robbery example would be unenforceable and void because the execution of the nondisclosure agreement results in obstruction of justice, a crime.

  31.  @itself227  My understanding is they all are, until arraignment. Now defense attorneys and the defendant probably know already. But that is not generally released to the public until the defendant has had an opportunity to plead to those charges.
