  1. A guy in the audience lit into Ted Cruz at the Turning Point conference this weekend for that very point. Cruz said it can't be helped, because the DOJ is under the Biden Administration. I wish someone in that audience would have called Cruz a liar to his face. The DOJ has NO, repeat NO authority over a state prosecution. Just look at the New York charge against Trump. The STATE brought those charges. If state laws were broken, that state Attorney General can bring charges and the DOJ can't stop them.
