Fox News has a language target of about 7th grade, so they simply can't try to explain complex issues and keep their audience tuned in. They are a business, and there is nothing illegal about producing TV shows for people with a 7th grade education. Don't hate on them, just expand your news sources.

Bought a bible once belonging to Fredrick Douglas got $19,000 and gave it to Clarence. Crow also paid Clarence's nephew's tuition to a very expensive private school. Crow gave Clarence's wife more than $120,000 cash. The preceding examples are considered ONE example. There are many more.

  24. LEGITIMATE news outlets are pointing out something very interesting. Today Trump's defense lawyers for the espionage charge have a hearing before the judge. They are arguing that they need the trial delayed so they can get all the background checks completed so they and their paralegals can look at the materials Trump took. The problem they have is that Trump says he declassified those documents. So the attorneys don't need to pass a security clearance background check. For everyone who still thinks Trump is brilliant, bless your heart.

It just so happens that the vast majority of Americans are low and middle income. Lots of voters living on 30k to 400k per year. Not that many billionaires voting. So in the past, those people made their vanity projects things like building libraries and setting up endowments to fund news and information- both examples are of immediate benefit to society. Today's robber barons use their out sized wealth for things like buying Supreme Court Justices (Harlan Crow and Clarence Thomas, for example). Or buying a media platform on a dare, and therein banning speech such as the term "Cis". I propose and support returning our society to something closer to egalitarian by taxing billionaires out of existence, and using that money to improve the quality of life for the less wealthy. The existence of robber barons is not good for a society, something you ALREADY KNOW given that you have a masters degree in history. This is a shot in the dark: When you are not using that masters to teach, what do you do with it? My guess would be a technical writer for a manufacturing company. Am I right?

  52. Sorry buddy, you need some perspective. Trump printed $7,400,000,000,000 new dollars during his term, and $39 Billion is just 5% of the total DEFICIT spending under Trump. Add Trump's budget to the deficit spending, then $39 Billion is only 2.9% of what Trump spent. For 3% of Trump's spending, we can change the lives of at least one generation of conservatives, progressives, and independents. Probably multiple generations.
