  9. More breaking news: The judge in the first indictment has ruled that the State of New York can have the full 5 hour video deposition from the E. Carroll case to use in the criminal case. Fox won't cover that, so I am trying to inform the conservatives. Things are much worse for Trump today than they were last night.
