  1. A fair question. Here is a partial answer: We are not celebrating sexual appetite. We are affirming other peoples' rights to exist and to be afforded equal protection under the law. When one of my countrymen get systematically abused and repressed, it's in MY OWN BEST INTEREST to stand up for them. Because one day it will be me and mine on receiving end of the abuse. Have you ever noticed that when MAGA feels abused, no one else stands up for them? Yeah, that's karma. We are commanded to look out for our neighbors. The conservatives in this nation could benefit by reading the Bible some.

  6.  @shawnkennedy855  Not until 2015 did the SCOTUS finally enforce the 1st amendment right to freedom of association. That's literally less than 9 years ago. There are STILL states who hold laws stripping Americans of their rights should Trump get another opportunity to abuse Americans.

  21. "The woke push back is definitely here." I am not sure I could top this as a brutal and succinct summary. People who are woke are those making an effort to be aware of how life is for other people, and to seek ways to reduce injustices. Push back is literally a response to being pushed, i.e. MAGA is pushing against LBGTQ, and woke society is pushing MAGA back. So yeah, this is "push back", or "push-back" if you are actually literate.
