  2.  @thatguybrooke  True that. But I predicted this mess years ago. Some Republican principles are correct, including the one about being careful with deficit spending. It really can lead to disaster (shortage of goods, inflation, housing market collapse, stock market instability) When Trump sent checks to people who were sitting at home not working, and a million US workers died and left the workforce it was obvious what was going to happen. $7 Trillion in deficit spending on top of all this, and guaranteed we are going to suffer. The thing that blew my mind is when Republicans abandoned their position on financial caution. It wasn't until later I realized why they did it: So many Republicans in Congress got $1M loans that turned into free money. The middle and lower class are paying the price.

You couldn’t find toilet paper or cleaning supplies on the grocery shelves. if the President of the United States is not responsible for what happens under their administration, then we can’t hold Biden accountable for anything that goes wrong under his administration. and obviously that’s bull crap. Ronald Reagan made popular the lie of "trickle down economics", and Republicans have used that lie to trick stupid voters for decades.   8. It’s funny how many Americans don’t remember COVID-19. They don’t remember the streets being empty, no toilet paper on the shelves, and 800,000 Americans dying. When hundreds of thousands of workers die, and businesses shut down, and people stay at home and not work while getting a check with Donald Trump’s name on it, inflation is inevitable.

It’s going to take years to undo the economic harm resulting from Trump telling people to inject bleach during a pandemic. It’s going to take a decade to recover from losing more than 1 million US workers from the labor force. He did that in response to his absolutely failed COVID-19 response. Real business owners like me remember that, and we will never forget.

Biden's lowest Dow Jones number is: 25,204. 34,030 was Trump's peak number. Biden's peak number is 38,700. Now here is a fun fact: DJI jumped 748 points by close of business two days ago. Do you know what happened right before that increase? That's right, the Federal Reserve (not controlled by Congress or the Executive Branch) said they would slow down the interest rate hikes. Now correlation is not automatically causation. But if you attribute everything to Biden, be sure to thank him for making you 2.47% richer in just one week. You have not looked at the violent crime stats reported by each state. 7 of the top-ten most violent states are RED. All 5 of the states with the LEAST violent crime are BLUE. The state of Louisiana (DEEPLY red) has a violent crime rate DOUBLE that of the state of New York. And the Supreme Court building was not breached, and no police died. No one took a dump on any rugs in the SCOTUS building. You are walking proof of why we must teach history to our children, even the bad parts.

Both state and federal positions are higher ranking than a city’s mayor. so the next logical question is why is a state with a Super majority of Republicans in control continue to let New Orleans be a crime hotspot?
