An indictment does not "assign guilt". If you don't know the difference between an allegation and "assigning guilt", I am going to do the opposite of whatever you say. CLUE: assigning guilt comes when the verdict is read, not when the indictment is issued.

A "fair trial" comes when WE THE PEOPLE of a jury make our judgement without relying on our political positions. It comes when we assume the defendant is innocent as we look at the evidence and testimony. Justice comes when we follow the judge's instructions regarding the law(s). MANY Americans simply cannot do these things. And because they are incapable of doing these things they become "MAGA".

@seeekerman1342 You haven’t served on a jury before. Trump’s attorneys and “the people” will weed out those who cannot set aside their biases, focus on the evidence, reach a conclusion on the law given to them by the judge. Even the left-wing media has said for months that trumpy’s trial attorneys are top-shelf and respected. And the people don’t want “stealth jurors” on the case. It puts the possible guilty verdict at risk of appeal. Dozy Donald is presumed innocent, and it takes “beyond a reasonable doubt” to convict him.
