A former Federal Prosecutor and daughter-in-law of the assassinated Federal Judge Robert Vance publishes both a pod cast called "Sisters-In-Law", as well as a newsletter. Joyce Vance is her name. As a former prosecutor she has access to essentially any court information which is not under seal. Her news letter this morning included a transcript of key things that happened yesterday in the Hunter plea deal. There is another angle I had not considered yesterday. It's worth reading.

@johnmichaels4172 I apologize for my arrogance. On October 7th, 1996, a foreigner (a.k.a. "legal alien", as far as we can tell) began making major bank on the people of the United States by telling them things that they wanted to hear. But being able to profit in this way had some challenges, for example this legal alien would have to shield his cash-cows from information that was contrary to what the cows wanted to hear. One example is that this legal alien got caught lying about the 2020 election, and had to pay 3/4 of a BILLION dollars. Still, the legal alien is a billionaire. The cows he owns are VERY lucrative. And they are VERY dedicated to being fed ONLY what they like to hear. This foreigner (which some American cows made rich) launched his cow-feeding station on October 7th, 1996.

The federal prosecutor (appointed by Trump's administration to investigate Hunter) wrote a letter to Jim Jordan and the judicial committee saying the allegations of interference are false. Impossible to convict someone for interfering when the prosecutor in control of the case says there was no interference. 2. No jury in the nation would conclude there was interference given that Joe COULD HAVE dismissed the investigation into his son the moment Joe was sworn in as president. Joe did not, and he let his son get to a point where he was about to be a convicted felon. 3. Lev Parnas is the first guy that the Trump team sent to investigate this entire deal. They sent him multiple times to Ukraine in March, April, and May of 2019. Leve Parnas has released a video statement on Meidas Touch Network where he says he NEVER found the evidence this committee says they have. 4. Both the federal prosecutor (David Weiss, assigned to investigate the Bidens by Trump and Bill Barr) as well as Lev Parnas wrote open letters to the Congressional Committee asking to testify. 5. When a committee refuses to let first-hand witnesses testify, it destroys the credibility of those hearings. There is more, if you want to know.

@joanofarc4103 According to the IRS whistle blower who testified, the DOJ started delaying and slow-walking the IRS investigation beginning in April 2020. Trump was President, and Bill Barr was in control of the DOJ. Joe Biden didn't even take office until Jan. 20, 2021.

Agreed. But what looks like an attempt to protect Hunter and Joe is actually an attempt to dispel lies and false conclusions. I am all for Hunter getting his day in court. If a fair trial finds him guilty, so be it. But the lies that the Republican National Committee News channels put out must be challenged. I have seen the transcript from yesterday. I have read what the judge said, the prosecution said, and the defense. Fox (and others) are mis-characterizing what happened. I won't lose a moment of sleep if Hunter does hard time. But I HATE lies.
