  5.  @DM-sy4hg  Name calling won’t make your understanding correct, and it won’t save the defendant. You think you know enough to assess this trial, but you do not. Instead of seeking to fill those gaps in your knowledge, you are lashing out. Trump wrote 12 checks from an account that by statute made it an in-kind political contribution. That crime does NOT need to be named in the charging documents. It is the enhancement of the misdemeanor (175.10), and takes it to 1st degree. You need better news sources.

You think I am the one who does not understand, but you fail to realize your desire to see an additional crime listed in the indictment was already appealed to the appellate court. The appeal was denied. Doesn't that tell you anything??? Sit down.

That makes it a felony. Each payment is a new crime, and that dumbass did it as recently as 12/05/17. You mentioned the statute of limitations, so read that date again: 12/05/17. Can you count? Take off your shoes if that will help.
