  5. Actually I have a pretty good idea of what they were trying to hide. When you were going to be sorting through top-secret documents, you don’t want them to be visible to any camera. You don’t want images of top-secret documents sitting on the hard drive have a beach house.

  9.  @northcentraltexanacrossthe6834  for sure this is a court issue. However it would surprise me if the judge permits that as a defense. furthermore, I also doubt that a trial judge will permit that to challenge the credibility of witnesses.
