  8. I have the affidavit, and it specifically mentions "...information relating to human intelligence activities, capabilities, techniques, processes, and procedures". It also mentions "...abbreviated "NOFORN," to indicate information that may not be released in any form to foreign governments, foreign nationals, foreign organizations, or non-U.S. citizens without permission of the originator." Furthermore: "...Classified information of any designation may be shared only with persons determined by an appropriate United States Government official to be eligible for access, and who possess a "need to know." Sh!t just got REAL!!!

  21. But the problem with that theory James Bond is that secret documents were found in the things Trump handed over on January 18, 2022. The moment Trump (accidentally, I assume) handed over NDI documents at Mar-a-Lago, probable cause for future searches was established. The debate over the search warrant validity is over.

  23. The debate is over on the validity of the search warrant. On January 18, 2022, Trump turned over some documents, and mixed in with those documents were some that cannot be removed from their secure facility. The judge had no choice after reading Part 1. of the introduction. Probable cause was established the moment Trump returned that first set of documents.

Further, the FBI agents observed markings reflecting the following compartments/dissemination controls: HCS, FISA, ORCON, NOFORN, and SI. Based on my training and experience, I know that documents classified at these levels typically contain NDI. Several of the documents also contained what appears to be FPOTUS 's handwritten notes."
