  25. Yes. Are you not aware that this ruling was on the APPEAL of his first trial in CO? The one where the court ruled he was guilty of insurrection? Well, this is his APPEAL, and he lost that too. How can you not know that? Even this Fox News video says it was an appeal of a prior trial ruling. So let's review: Trump was on trial in CO. The court found that he committed an insurrection. Trump appealed. The CO Supreme Court upheld the finding, and specifically said trump is guilty of insurrection. It blows my mind how unaware some people are.
