  1. It’s not fear bozo. I am not a CNN fan, but Trump will not prevail. When you claim defamation, you have to prove it. And truth is an absolute defense for things like slander and libel. Plus every single document, phone call, text message, email, or ketchup stain will be discoverable. CNN will be entitled to see everything related to January 6. The only thing that keeps me from actually being afraid of conservatives is that they are generally stupid.
