Americans have a right not to be compelled to be a witness against themselves in a situation where answering a question may implicate them in criminal activity. Flynn invoked this right when asked “Do you support the peaceful transfer of power in the United States?”. By invoking his Fifth Amendment rights, Flynn indicated that answering that question might implicate him in criminal activity.

Lindsey Graham was under investigation at the moment he voted to keep Trump in office after the second impeachment. According to the REPUBLICAN Sec. of State, Lindsey tried to make him throw out valid votes for Joe Biden. Republicans can live in their echo chamber, but the rest of America does not.
