See this is a civil matter, and Donald Trump pled the fifth more than 440 times. In a civil matter invoking your fifth amendment right can and will be used against you in the verdict. Your boy is not going to prevail. You also seem to have forgotten that Donald Trump refused and ultimately never did turn over business records. The chance of him prevailing in this particular case are 0.0%.
